Ready to book a Shivers Trailer?

You can be the coolest boss, administrator or organizer ever by booking a Shivers Trailer at your next gathering. Shivers is the only catering service in the Metro that can bring you both premium Shave Ice and Dole Soft Serve. We serve anywhere people are gathered so lets do this! . 

OUR LOW MINIMUMS 

A minimum fee for on-site catering service helps us maintain the value in our exceptional service, great employees, on-time dependability, high quality equipment and provide premium products. 

The minimum to book Shivers Ice House is $300. 

Our minimum includes 60 servings of Shave Ice or Dole Whip and up to 1 hour of onsite service. Additional servings are billed at $4 a serving and additional on-site time is available for a fee. 

For service outside the 20 mile radius from Harrisonville a drive/fuel fee will be added. 

- Breakdown - 

60 servings /1hr of service /local = $300

100 servings /2hr of service /local = $500

For events over 100 servings please call for additional information & special pricing. 

TYPES OF CATERING EVENTS: 

1. Host-paid Event: This is where the host is responsible for payment in full. 

2. Open Sell Event: This is where we sell product at our regular pricing. A minimum of $400 in sales applies and 2hr of on-site time. If minimum is not met through sells the host would be responsible for the difference the day of service. 

BOOKING PROCESS & FEE:

To start the booking process please fill out and submit the below form. We will quickly respond and confirm that the time and date requested are available. After our agreement is returned We will send a deposit invoice through Square that is payable online. When payment is received we lock your time and date on our calendar. On the day of the event organizer is responsible for the remaining balance.
