Ready to book a Shivers Ice & Whip Trailer?

You can be the coolest boss, administrator or organizer ever by booking a Shivers Trailer at your next gathering. Shivers is the only catering service in the Metro that can bring you both premium Shave Ice and Dole Whip. We serve anywhere people are gathered so lets do this! .

OUR LOW MINIMUMS

A minimum fee for on-site catering service helps us maintain the value in our exceptional service, great employees, on-time dependability, high quality equipment and provide premium products.

The minimum to book Shivers Ice House is $300.

Our minimum includes 75 servings of Shave Ice or Dole Whip and the first hour of onsite service. Additional servings are billed at $4 a serving and additional on-site time is available for a fee.

For service outside the 20 mile radius from Harrisonville a drive/fuel fee will be added.

75servings /1hr of service /local = $300

100 servings /2hr of service /local = $500

For events over 100 servings please call for additional information & special pricing.

TYPES OF CATERING EVENTS:

1. Host-paid Event: This is where the host is responsible for payment in full.

2. Open Sell Event: This is where we sell product at our regular pricing. A minimum of $400 in sales applies and 2hr of on-site time. If minimum is not met through sells the host would be responsible for the difference the day of service.

BOOKING PROCESS & FEE:

To start the booking process please fill out and submit the below form. We will quickly respond and confirm that the time and date is available. We will send an invoice through Square that is payable online for the amount of $100. When payment is received we lock your time and date on our calendar. On the day of the event organizer will pay the remaining balance for the service provided.

PTO's, Sports Programs, Band Camps, and Churches are you hosting an event? Let us take some of the load off! All you need to earn money for your program is tell us where to park and who to write the check too. We donate a portion of the profit back to you.

We love serving churches, we are fast and friendly when you need a little treat in-between services or special gatherings. FYI special days book up quickly so if you are looking at Easter or Dad's Day connect with us ASAP.

Will Shivers require a minimum?

Yes. There is value to the exceptional service and quality products we provide. Shivers is our job and we love serving others but maintaining top notch equipment along with the rising cost of insurance, fuel, licensing, staffing and products has forced us to make minimums a priority.

We also understand that minimums are not possible in all situations such as working with schools, churches and other 501c3's. For special consideration please contact us at hello@shiversicehouse.com

Where are you located?

Shivers is a fully mobile service and we specialize in bringing the best in desserts to you. We do have several places that we frequent throughout the season like in Harrisonville at 1900 N Commercial and in Raymore (looking for a lot) where we will set up on a regular basis.
